Ravi, Owner, captain and addict angler has over 15 years commercial experience cruising Sydney harbour and offshore fishing. He launched Deep Blue Charters to share his passion of fishing, cruising and show everyone the sights and seas of Sydney.
The mighty Mystery Bay
The mighty Mystery Bay is 17m (56ft), Australian vessel, making it the largest fishing charter boat in Sydney.
A truly icon in Sydney harbour – having featured on Master Chef Australia and The Bachelor, this vessel has provided locals, celebrities and tourists with memorable deep sea fishing and cruising experiences.
Vessel features
This vessel is purpose built and designed for spacious and stable deep sea and in harbour experiences. Boasting with massive deck space ample room on board, spacious toilet and canopy for weather protection, this boat is licensed to carry generous 28 passengers offshore and 48 passengers on harbour cruises. To enjoy the room and comfort this vessel has to offer – we prefer to cap our numbers to much less.
Loaded with added features including state of the art radio, GPS and commercial depth Sounders (fish finders) technology, marine grade BBQ, large esky and a pumping sound system, she’s well equipped for fishing trips / corporate events parties, or any customised experience you’re after.
Mahi Mahi II
Mahi Mahi II a well-appointed 17 metre (55ft) fibreglass boat suitable for both fishing charters and harbour cruises. Australian made, and built to last, this vessel is a favourite in Sydney Harbour and has provided customers with off shore adventures, cruises and created lasting experience for years.

Having all the essential features including, on board toilet, canopy for wet weather and spacious deck with ample space to walk around, this vessel can accommodate 25 passengers offshore and 25 passengers in harbour.
Designed for the ocean, she is quick to get you to your fishing grounds, and stable in big swells.
Fitted with the state of the art radio, GPS and depth Sounder (fish finder) technology – she’s we’ll equipped to find your perfect catch!! With extra features including marine grade BBQ, Esky and premium sound system, the vessel can readily customise each charter to your needs.
